Not value to money

The staff was not friendly. Especially at reception.We have stayed in Sarovar hotels, but this is nowhere nearby to Sarovar standards

I stayed at the hotel and had a generally comfortable experience. Hotel is situated in the heart of city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided a detailed itinerary that made planning our days much easier. The property offers several convenient amenities, including cutlery and other useful in-room essentials, which made the stay feel homely and practical. However, the food was not very good, which was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise comfortable setup.

Wonderful stay.. location was great, near to Zoo.Staff were exceptionally cooperative. Despite very short notice, they decorated the room with baloon and arranged cake as birthday surprise to my daughter. Lot better value compared to other hotels in same area.

Location was perfect for vacation. Bang in the middle of all the top sightseeing spots. Good breakfast spread. Staff in the restaurant was really helpful - Basavraj and Prakash. Neat and clean hotel.

Room cleaning was not up to the mark.

Breakfast okay okay but limited options.

1. No Table for laptop work. 2. We selected queen size bed for our family (3) but it's quite small.3. No exhaust fan at toilet (???) - whatver they put there at the ceiling seems not working.4. TV is hanging at a long stand - first time we saw it!5. Room service didn't happen though we told to the reception while going out.

Mr.shiva manager was very helpful and did all needful for the stay.food was awesome cook specially to mention Mr Vikram .he prepared special menu every day and took special care.we had a great stay .

I usually don’t rate hotels a full 10, but this stay was arranged for my parents, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. The standout part was the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff and the manager — they went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. Since their train was scheduled for the evening, the hotel very generously offered an extended stay in a personal room even after checkout time, which made all the difference. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture that we truly appreciated.

Very neat and clean room. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Food is also reasonably good. Overall a great experience here.

It is a new property is what I came to know. They have maintained proper cleanliness. This is on the main road and the palace is at a walkable distance. There are a few restaurants close by as well if you would like to try out. The staff is pleasant. Akash and Dilip both were exceptional in their efforts to make us feel right at home.

I don’t think there is anything noteworthy. You could say the underground parking is a little tricky.

The staff refused initially for a late check out . Extremely rude and no local language knowledge. Parking facilities are very poor

Location is very good. Access to public transportation is close by. Located very close to good food outlets.

Check in process was very poor! Front desk took forever to process the payment in advance for the reservation.Also, when the guests intended to stay were trying to check-in, front desk was not so helpful! An elderly couple (80+ yrs old) forgot one of their Aadhaar cards and were denied stay at 2100 hrs! Had to find an alternative accommodation for them! Also invoice is not yet received from the hotel!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The only thing missing was a bar, but overall, it was a great experience.

Newish and clean hotel.

Shower floor was slippery, a family member actually slipped and fell. Breakfast was limited. I would have expected to have paid a bit less, nevertheless the hotel was nice.

To sum up it was a waste of money. Will never stay again neither would recommend anyone to stay

Not at all a 3 star property. It’s more of a OYO standard hotel. Pathetic service. They don’t even offer complimentary breakfast @ 4500/night charge.

Hotel is new, elevator, beds, decor is all new. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is superb. We requested JAIN food, and they were very good about it.

No amenities as it is a city hotel in a small plot.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Property was new and well fitted and maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was also great and we enjoyed many meals there. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had good variety of items

Parking on premises in front of the hotel was a bit difficult. Access for the elderly and differently abled from the street to the reception was via steep stairs. The ramp provided was steep and slippery and could be improved.
